Once Fulfillment is complete, we start a 6 month grace period for any customer service issues related to the project. That means if you haven't received your game, gotten a shipping notification, or are unhappy with your reward, you have 6 months to open a ticket here and let us know about the problem. If you do not contact us within that 6 month Grace Period, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received. We've been doing Kickstarter long enough now that people crop up literally years later asking for their reward.
WE DO NOT SHIP OUT REWARDS AFTER THIS GRACE PERIOD.
